Two Queen Beds: The studio is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable queen beds, providing ample space for restful nights, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or simply enjoying the extra room.

Bathroom: The clean and modern bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring the city.

Essentials: Equipped with a coffee maker, minifridge, and microwave, the studio has all the basics covered, making it easy to prepare simple meals and snacks.

Shared Living Area: Take advantage of the welcoming shared living area in the lobby, where you can relax, socialize, and meet fellow travelers. It's the perfect spot to exchange stories and tips about the best local spots.

The neighbourhood

Dining and Cafes: Enjoy a variety of dining options nearby, with an array of restaurants and cafes offering everything from local favorites to international cuisine.

Shopping: Discover a diverse selection of shops along 3rd and 5th Avenues, perfect for all your shopping needs.

Parks: The nearby park provides a lovely green space for outdoor activities, morning jogs, or simply unwinding amidst nature.

House rules

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Damaged keypads incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• The fee for bringing an unauthorized pet is $400. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $400 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please note: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $750 fine will be imposed for any violations.

Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.

Guest access

Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort.

In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay.

Interaction with guests

As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay.

I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order. Additionally, I am always online and reachable through Airbnb's messaging app, so feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or need assistance.

Other things to note

We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable.

For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $10 per hour for early check-in and $10 per hour for late checkout.

Parking Information:

While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.

If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
