For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $40 per hour for early check-in and $40 per hour for late checkout.
Gym & Game Room:
Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Rooftop Access:
Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in New York City perfekt. Sehr ruhige und saubere Gegend, im Haus keinen Ton von den Nachbarn gehört. Wir hatten mit zwei Pärchen zwei Zimmer direkt nebeneinander, alles sehr sauber und für New Yorker Verhältnisse großzügig Platz. Kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay here. Bay Ridge is a fun location in Brooklyn with plenty of little bars, shops, diners, restaurants right within the few blocks of the stay. We enjoyed traveling into Manhattan during the weekend, easy by subway. Great place to stay with everything needed for a weekend in the big apple.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a safe, quiet area. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Rooms are great and liked the privacy. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay, Emily and Saul are super responsive and are available to answer any questions you may have. Space was clean and has a beautiful view to the Verrazano bridge. The neighborhood is safe and is conveniently located near coffee shops and a few bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
