The studio is equipped with a plush queen bed, promising a rejuvenating sleep following a day of urban adventures. For business travelers or those requiring a focused setting, there's a dedicated workspace. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and essential amenities such as a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Make use of the communal living space to socialize and interact with other guests, creating a friendly and inclusive environment.
Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort.
In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay.
As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay.
I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order. Additionally, I am always online and reachable through Airbnb's messaging app, so feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable.
For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout.
Gym & Game Room:
Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Rooftop Access:
Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop.
Parking Information:
While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.
If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.

Excellent place, the bed , linens and pillows were fresh and very comfy, everything was spotless, easy walkable distance to the parking lot, train station within a few hundred feet,as well as some restaurants and coffee places such as Dunkin', would not think twice if I ever need to be in the area again to look it up.
This was a great space for a short getaway!
The place was clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive and reached out beforehand to make sure we had everything we needed. There’s also a game room near the lobby that was fun to use.

Nice place to stay! The hosts were very responsive, as well as accommodating when I wanted to extend my trip! The place is in a good location as well with several different restaurants
Perfect little spot to stay, spacious room, easy check in and out!
We were here for two nights on a quick trip up to the city. Easy check in, quiet building, & room had everything we needed. Hosts were super responsive when we asked for fresh towels. Only thing I ran into was that since the bathroom had a pedestal sink, there wasn’t much space to place toiletries, so keep that in mind when packing! Overall, would totally recommend/stay here again & the price was awesome. Plus the coffee shop next door, Coffee Near Me, has great coffee + matcha & houjicha, and hotel guests get a small discount. Everything we needed was provided. Emily and Saul were very responsive and instructions were clear. Close to restaurants, corner/grocery stores, and public transportation. Will definitely stay again if we come back to NYC!
