Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort.
In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay.
As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay.
I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order. Additionally, I am always online and reachable through Airbnb's messaging app, so feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable.
For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout.
Gym & Game Room:
Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Rooftop Access:
Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop.
Parking Information:
While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.
If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.

Amazing! We had such a lovely stay! The place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay again!
Super easy access, it’s behind a fun street with lots of bars and restaurants. Room was clean and sheets/bedding got my stamp of approval! Sterile feel but not in a bad way
The room is good for a solo traveler who just needs a place to sleep and shower. The location is unbeatable for Bay Ridge.
Very clear instructions to a clean place in a private little corner of Bay Ridge - nothing negative to say! Would stay again if the location made sense.

Was a great stay. It is a little out the way to manhattan but with the express lines it definitely is manageable. Loved it and definitely recommend
The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures.. was perfect for what I needed, and the host was very responsive!
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man hat sich sehr sicher gefühlt mit den Codes an den Türen und gleichzeitig war es sehr gut zu betreten durch gute Anweisungen. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr modern.
Great for a quick in and out trip. Just needed a place to lay my head for a night and I think it was worth the price I paid. Check out was a bit tight. I would’ve appreciated the standard 3p check in with a 12p check out but I was asked to pay for an earlier check in time and then expected to check out by 10a. Maybe that’s a new custom I’m not abreast to? The bed sheets were still damp and the maids were still cleaning and obviously rushing when I got there so check in happened after 4p. I think more time or more cleaning personnel needs to be provided to alleviate some of that stress between guests. It was a bit loud as the walls were very thin but I slept fine. Overall it was cute and got the job done.
