I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order. Additionally, I am always online and reachable through Airbnb's messaging app, so feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable.
For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout.
Gym & Game Room:
Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Rooftop Access:
Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop.
Parking Information:
While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.
If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.

Great communication very clean
.
This was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in Bay Ridge. Easy to get around and very accessible. Room was good and they had elevators which was helpful.
The location is extremely convenient, having a train station nearby. There’s plenty places to eat, a pharmacy, a food market and it felt like a safe neighborhood. The place is small, but it’s enough and good for the price. The place is old so don’t expect it to be like a big/modern hotel experience, but it’s clean. The downside was the smell. Seemed like the previous clients smoked inside and it had a terrible cigarette smell to it, even in the sheets. I think I would stay again, much more affordable than Manhattan Airbnb’s and hotels.
Great location, easy access and great host.
Thanks again, I loved and felt right at home
Great location close to public transport. Host is also very responsive in case of any query
If you are looking for good Brooklyn location I would recommend this place . Close to many shops , parking , restaurants etc However their rooms need maintenance. AC was making terrible noise they have these old school boxes in the windows . So if you are planning restful sleep you might want to reconsider staying there .
Super responsive hosts ! It is definitely a NYC airbnb- it’s tight quarters but that’s what you get in the city. It’s a 45 min train into midtown but the station is super close. Would be happy to stay again.
