The studio features a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is available for business travelers or those needing to stay productive. The bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxation, along with essential amenities like a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker, ensuring your stay is hassle-free.
Enjoy the opportunity to socialize and exchange stories with fellow travelers in the shared living area, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort.
In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay.
As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay.
I also occasionally drop by to inspect the units to ensure everything is in perfect order. Additionally, I am always online and reachable through Airbnb's messaging app, so feel free to contact me anytime if you have questions or need assistance.
We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable.
For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout.
Gym & Game Room:
Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Rooftop Access:
Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop.
Parking Information:
While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.
If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.

This was my first time in NYC and this Airbnb was in a great location I was staying in
Cozy space with lots of coffee shops nearby. We got to Manhattan very easily just taking the R subway straight there after finding it a block from the airbnb. Definitely should stay here!
This was such a great find and perfect for my husband, and I who wanted to fly into New York a couple of days before our art event in Soho. The subway was our main source of transportation and it’s right there. It’s called the R. It’s a quaint location of Brooklyn and I definitely recommend anyone. It’s like we had our own little studio apartment. Emily and Saul were a pleasure to deal with and they are very, very responsive. Highly recommend.
Finding a place to stay in NYC can be a challenge sometimes, thankfully this location appeared at the right time. It is listed as described and served its purpose fully during my stay. Very peaceful and walkable. The Subway is just right up the block if using public transport. Please do keep in mind that this is in Bay Ridge, while not extremely far away, it does take time to get places. Emily was very responsive and made sure to give me reminders/information needed during my stay. Recommended if your looking for a hotel like place to stay for 1-2 people!
The place is super nice and comfortable, and close to the subway and manhattan. We loved staying there!

It was clean and tidy. Everything in the apartment worked nicely. It's a bit far away from places like Manhattan, but it was sufficient for our purpose. We might come back again later if we have plans around that area.

nice, quiet, and cozy stay in lowest brooklyn, almost staten island. the neighborhood is homey with lots of shops and restaurants to see. check in and out was nice and straightforward with clear instructions. the place is not flashy but has everything you need for a nice stay: big bed, fast wifi, and a kitchenette. i would just note that amenities like trash bags, dish soap, and extra towels were not in the room but were provided upon request. we ourselves had to purchase extra toilet paper, napkins, and eating utensils.
